Many of the group home builders will try and 'shoe horn' you into one of their standard designs with a kind of 'any colour as long as its black' philosophy. Not Econobuilt! We work with you to personalise your building so that you get exactly what you want. The process of completing a building project is becoming increasingly challenging. Gone are the days when obtaining a building consent was a relatively easy process. Nowadays proving to Council that your building complies with the NZ Building Code requires precisely detailed working drawings, engineering and explanations for every part of the building. At Econobuilt we take reponsibility for the process of managing your project through the Building Consent process - its what we do and you don't have to worry about a thing.

Did You Know....

Econobuilt was founded in 1982 based on the invention of the gang laminated arch system which is still integral in the design of our curved roof buildings today. The arches are made at our own factory premises in Auckland.
