Neville Dennis Manager
I am married with two boys and have been in the building industry for over 20 years. A Trade Certified Carpenter, I completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (Management, Money and Finance) at Victoria University of Wellington in the early 90's and went on to work for Fletcher Building in a variety of management roles related to home building.
I am committed to ensuring each and every customer has a great experience with us. I live by the belief that repeat and referral business is our life blood - it has been a determining factor in our success for the last 30 years and will be for the 30 that follow!
Outside of work I enjoy Scuba Diving, Fishing, Squash and Family time.

Bruce Glading Sales
A yachtie in my early days, I have sailed many ocean miles around the South Pacific and the coast of New Zealand and I am also a keen fisherman. Happily married for 30 years, I have a son, daughter and two lovely grandchildren. Having followed and supported both children in their chosen sports of rugby and netball, I was a Pakuranga rugby coach for 15 years, taking the Under 21's on to win many championships.
Professionally, I began as an architectural designer, then moved to sales, marketing and project management. I owned a kitchen manufacturing company for 10 years with 10 employees and spent 9 years with Carter Holt Harvey as a Product Manager. In this capacity I launched the LVL (laminated veneer lumber) Hybeam & Hyspan products into the New Zealand market.
My experience equips me to guide you through the intricacies of the design phase of your project and advise you on all aspects of the building process. I look forward to working with you.

Laura Daly
Sales
I came to New Zealand in 2005 from the UK on an overseas experience and have never gone back! With a background in accounts and sales, I arrived in New Zealand with one contact that proved to be the starting point for many things. Over the last six years I have run Ross Coles' team for horses for four seasons, including as many as up to twelve clients and his own team of Clerk of the Course horses and hunters. For the last two years I have been a Farm Manager for an equestrian property running a team of ‘A' grade show jumpers and clients' horses.
I started riding at the age of nine. From there I developed a life long passion for horses. I hunted with the Bicester and Whaddon Chase for over ten years before I came over to NZ, as well as competing at team chasing, tetrathelon and show jumping. I have a seven year old crossbred mare that I have won a number of Saddle Hunter and Working Hunter Championships on over the last three seasons. I regularly hunt with Pakuranga and visit other hunts whenever possible.
The wealth of knowledge I have gained working in many equestrian facilities here and in the UK means I have an in-depth understanding of the practical needs of horses and what is functional. I look forward to starting you on the road to building your dream stables.

Mike Cross Construction Supervisor
After leaving school and being unable to find a job as an apprentice carpenter, I joined Manukau Timber in Henderson as a timber yardman. For the following 15 years I worked for HC Hitchens Ltd / Benchmark Building Supplies and Wilson and Macindoe Ltd, gaining experience in Sales and Marketing, achieving the 'NZ Retailing' and 'Successful Handling of People' certificates.
The last 18 years have been spent as a carpenter, completing a range of projects around Auckland - from single storey warehouses to multi-storey apartments and houses. For the last 5 of those years I was based at Auckland International Airport for Hawkins Construction, with the last 2 years as Site Foreman, looking after a range of projects and fit outs. Joining Econobuilt in 2011 as a Site Manager, I am enjoying the challenge of building Stables and Lifestyle Homes.
In my leisure time I enjoy supporting my son and daughter with their chosen sports - golf, netball and touch rugby. I also enjoy playing golf and touch rugby myself, combined with a bit of fishing and following rugby league - go the mighty Warriors!

Warren Cox Contract Manager
After leaving school I studied construction management at Unitec and crafted marble and granite bench tops as a trade for four years. In 2004 I joined Econobuilt and have worked in many areas of their team, in both the residential and commercial environments.
I began as a site manager for the rural division completing a wide range of projects, many of which feature on the Econobuilt website. As a result of my attention to detail I became involved in project plannning, quantity surveying and some commercial site management. In 2010 I took on the role of contract manager for the rural team.
With the ever increasing difficulties experienced in dealing with council, I now specialise in taking care of the design and building consent process. I enjoy the challenges faced with each new project and enjoy helping bring the project to life. I am involved right throughout the process in all Econobuilt buildings and am sure I will add value to your new project.
On the weekends I enjoy spending time at the beach, going for a cruise in the car or undertaking property and home renovations for myself, family and friends. I also fly remote controlled helicopters and planes.
