Econobuilt’s proven design build philosophy has helped numerous community projects come to fruition.   From Community Events Centres to Church Halls, time and time again we have taken the client’s vision, applied our own design flair and experience, and created a stand out project that exceeds expectations.

Our approach is quite different from that taken by most traditional construction companies.  They will hand over total responsibility for the design phase to the architect.  Construction methodology and detailed costings will only be considered once the design is complete.  If the design does not meet the budget or the brief, the architect is sent back to the drawing board, at the client’s expense.

Where the Econobuilt approach differs is that we consider all aspects of the project, including construction methods and budget implications, while creating the design.  As a result we will only show you concepts that fit your available budget and requirements.
